Everything you need to know to take care of your Lashes
What Happens During A Lash Extension Appointment?
Each appointment begins with a consultation prior to the application to see which style/look, length, curl and thickness of eyelash extension is best suited to enhance your eyes.
Depending on your desired look, the eyelash extensions application and procedure could take from 30 minutes to 2 hours. The process of applying individual eyelash extensions is super relaxing. Lash “naps” are welcome! Collagen pads are placed over the bottom lashes during the service to help protect any sticking, which also acts as an added eye treatment. Lashes are then applied with a medical grade adhesive to the natural lash, 3 mm away from the lash line.
How Long Do Eyelash Extensions Last?
Eyelash extensions last between 4-6 weeks depending on the set you received and your lash cycle. Keep in mind that the average person can shed between 5-10 lashes per day.
If you wish to keep up the appearance of your eyelash extensions, you will need to have a refill (replace the extensions that have fallen off) every 2-3 weeks for individual lash extensions and every 3-4 weeks for Volume lash extensions.

Important Facts On Lash extensions Aftercare
After your service is completed, your stylist will advise you on how to take care of your newly applied lash extensions. Here are a few tips and tricks for reference. Avoid heavy splashing or steam for the first 24 hours after application. Be mindful; do not rub, tug or pull on your lash extensions, because they are attached to your natural lashes you may prematurely pull out your own. Do not apply mascara on your lash extension, and if you are going to wear mascara on the bottom, make sure it is a non-oil, water-based mascara. Use only oil-free, water-based makeup remover only to remove all eye makeup.
